Product availability can change quickly due to inventory levels from our fulfillment partners. While we do our best to keep all listings accurate and updated, some items may occasionally become unavailable without prior notice.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a replacement option or a refund.
United States Shipping
Quite Contrary Gifts currently ships to customers within the United States only.
All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping.
Processing & Delivery Times
At Quite Contrary Gifts, we offer a wide variety of unique products, including custom-printed designs and specialty gift items. Some products are made especially for you after your order is placed, while others ship from our trusted fulfillment partners.
Because each item may have different production, processing, and shipping requirements, delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered.
Custom Printed Apparel & Gifts
Our shirts and other print-on-demand products are created after your order is received. Please allow time for your item to be made before it ships.
Estimated timeframe:
Production Time: 2–7 business days
Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after purchase
During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, production and carrier delays may extend this timeframe.
Because print-on-demand products are created specifically for each order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to delivery timing when the order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Specialty Gifts, Toys, Décor & Other Items
Some of our unique gifts, toys, décor, accessories, and specialty products ship from our trusted fulfillment partners and may require additional processing or delivery time.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery on select specialty items.
We carefully choose these products so we can offer a larger variety of unique and hard-to-find gifts, and we appreciate your patience while your order is prepared and delivered.
Multiple Item Orders
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately.
You may receive multiple packages with separate tracking information. There is no additional shipping charge if your order arrives in separate shipments.
Shipping Origin
Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on the product ordered and current inventory availability.
Shipping locations may vary, which can result in different delivery times between products.
Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
While we work hard to get every order delivered as quickly as possible, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
We recommend ordering early for holidays, birthdays, vacations, or other time-sensitive events.
International Shipping
We are not accepting international orders at this time.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will be canceled and refunded.
