Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Eligible Items for Return:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective.
- Items that are incorrect (wrong design, size, or product).
To process a return, please provide clear photos of the item showing the issue and contact our support team at quitecontrarygifts77@gmail.com.
2. Refunds & Replacements
Once your return request is approved:
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Correctly delivered items that are not damaged.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items that are requested for return more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Return Shipping
In some cases, customers are not required to return the damaged/incorrect item. If a return is needed, we will provide further instructions.
